The location is ideal, the street is quiet despite the busy area where the hotel is located, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It would be nice if the breakfast room could be available for a coffee during the day or in the afternoon/evening.

Great little hotel with wonderful staff. The room was very clean and the balcony, although small was wonderful with lots of plants and a cute little bistro table. The Spanish Steps are right down the block and the Trevi Fountain is about a 6 minute walk. There are restaurants every where. The area is very walk able unless you have some mobility issues. The breakfast is great and included Be sure to look at the menu for more items you can get for breakfast.

Perfectly situated right next to the Spanish steps and well connected to other parts of the city by the a near by metro. Very clean bathrooms!

the staff are all without exception, excellent. Everyone was so genuinely friendly, extremely helpful with any questions or assistance needed and did everything possible to make our stay seamless and a joy. A very special little place with extra special staff. I have stayed in Rome many times but this little hotel in its brilliant central location is definitely a favourite. Its location is quieter at the top of the Spanish Steps and more akin to spending time in a real Rome neighbourhood, away from the noise, quiet at night, yet still only a stone’s throw from all the action around the centre of historical Rome. Great location - close to all the sites in the North of Rome. Can be a bit more difficult to get across the city at peak times if you need a cab to the train station or the airport. A supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants. Helpful staff on the reception desk who are happy to call cabs for you.

Location was perfect near Spanish steps and central to other top spots. No in house restaurant however continental breakfast is available. Lots of restaurants and eateries everywhere as you enjoy this beautiful city. Welcoming hotel and staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good security, we felt safe. Everyone helpful and generous with time and knowledge. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and when we return to Rome in the future would definitely stay with them again.

Reception: Fabrizio Director: Vassilli Housekeeper: Sonia These individuals single-handedly rescued my vacation plans at the very start. I mistakenly reserved my room for 1month later than my cruise date. I only needed accommodation overnight, but I made this major mistake during peak-travel season, plus I had my minor som with me. Fabrizio brought me to tears making the miracle of upgrading my room to their last available vacancy- i couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed by his kindness, concern, and hospitality. I will only ever stay here whenever I am in Rome! A 2 minute walk from the Spanish steps, on a beautiful rustic street, with dining options at every turn.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gregoriana! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to Piazza Spagna while still offering a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

The hotel is quaint and personal. The decor is fabulous and the location could not have been better . The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable.

Perfect location for sightseeing and a comfortable stay. We chose Suite 3 so we could stay as a family and enjoy the beautiful private terrace. Also had the added bonus of breakfast delivered to the suite every morning. I'd recommend taking your own hairdryer if you want to blow dry your hair properly as the two in the bathrooms are not that great.
